The Twin Cities Girls Chorus Concert Choir performed at St. Cloud State University as a part of the Cantabile Girls Choir Festival hosted by SCSU’s Cantabile Girls Choir. TCGC performed two selections from their own repertoire before joining with Cantabile and Con Brio – of the Northfield Youth Choirs. The combined mass choir spent the day rehearsing with guest clinician Sigrid Johnson of St. Olaf College. Ms. Johnson conducted the mass choir in a spectacular performance that afternoon. The festival was the second part of an overnight trip for the Concert Choir girls. On that Friday evening, the choir performed an outreach concert in Milaca, Minnesota – Ms. Billings’ hometown - to a very appreciative and enthusiastic audience.
