The Twin Cities Girls Chorus was formed out of a desire to provide high quality musical education and choral experience to young women of all ages and backgrounds. In addition to this, we provide an opportunity for young women to come together in fellowship while being actively involved in the community at large.

The Twin Cities Girls Chorus organization retains a talented, well-educated, and motivated staff dedicated to the musical education and social development of our singers.

Kristi Billings -is the Executive Director of the Twin Cities Girls Chorus and conductor of our Concert Choir. Ms. Billings has been an active musician and educator in the Twin Cities metropolitan area for a number of years, working as both a choral conductor and piano instructor. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music at Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she studied voice, piano, and organ, and was a member of the Augsburg Choir under the direction of Dr. Peter Hendrickson. While attending Augsburg College, Ms. Billings was fortunate enough to gain extensive experience in the field of arts administration through her work with the Minnesota State Arts Board. She previously served as an accompanist and conductor for the Metropolitan Boys Choir. In addition to her work with TCGC, Kristi is an instructor of voice and piano at La Musique Music Studios in Minnetonka. Ms. Billings is a very strong advocate for the importance of music education in the lives of children today and is an active member of the American Choral Directors Association of Minnesota, the Minnesota Music Educators Association, and the Minnesota Music Teachers Association. Kristi is currently working towards completion of a M.A. in Education-Vocal Music at Augsburg College

Stefanie Fiser - is the Associate Conductor of the Twin Cities Girls Chorus. A native of Denver, Colorado, she is an active conductor, teacher, church musician, and vocalist in the Twin Cities. Ms. Fiser has taught music to children of all ages and she is especially passionate about sharing with others the joy of singing! Ms. Fiser is the Associate Director of Music at House of Prayer Lutheran Church (Richfield) and she teaches elementary music in South Washington County School District 833. Ms. Fiser also sings in the National Lutheran Choir, teaches private voice lessons, and recently completed her fourth summer working on staff of the Lutheran Summer Music Academy and Festival. A graduate of St. Olaf College, Ms. Fiser holds a BA in Music with a Music History Emphasis, and K-12 Music Certification. Her choral and conducting mentors include Charlotte Adams, Anton Armstrong, Bill Erickson, Sigrid Johnson, Michael Pohlenz, and Robert Scholz.
